Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products purchased directly from our official website. Please note that due to the nature of our electronic vaporizers, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or show signs of wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online support portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return authorization process.

• 2.
  Receive Return Authorization

  Our support team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if eligible.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unopened device in its original packaging, include the RMA form inside the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is unused, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
